Personal Training
We offer one-on-one and small group training in a semi-private environment. We will personalize a training program to fit your goals whether they are sport-specific, fitness, fat-loss, or mobility.
Monthly YOUTH GROUP TRAINING
Our monthly youth group training program will focus on building the tools necessary to compete at a high level. Athletes will work on drills that will increase speed and agility as well as strength and power. These courses are 4 weeks long and will be taught by our Athletic Performance Director, Brandon Reed. Brandon has 20+ years of experience working with youth athletes in Eastern Idaho and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
